The improvisation of health care facilities, imparting education & Research has been high on the agenda of the Trust. However, in tune with the ethos of humanization, the Trust has continuously been nursing the needy and deserving with free medical aid, medicines, clothes, etc., besides running community kitchen for the welfare of all, notwithstanding the solace provided through eternal sermons by His Holiness Baba Jaswant Singh Ji.

The Trust is engaged in several philanthropic and charitable activities since its inception. The Trust has been organizing social cum health care camps for providing curative as well as preventive comprehensive health care services through community out-reach, patient care, education and research.

Trust has also been actively involved in providing spiritual solace and guidance to the general public through the samagams (spiritual congregation attended by a large no. of devotees from all over the world) meditation and ceremonial activities organized at the Nanaksar Complex, Samrala Chowk, Ludhiana. The fundamental of these activities is basically showing the path of righteousness and truth, moral support,universal brotherhood,world peace,maintenance of national environment and imparting precious teaching of saints, that has become the food for soul in today's world, inhabited by the pressures/strains of a jet set life and professional/social competition.

Trust has also established a Sarai where free lodging, food and basic health care facilities are extended to the needy and deserving people including patients and their attendant's.

In order to extend the medical and health care facilities, the Trust has set up Baba Jaswant Singh Dental College, Hospital & Research Institute at Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana. It offers state-of-the-art dental care to the people in the region,subsidized & free treatment to the needy & sufferer of society besides providing the best quality dental education and research facilities.

The Institute has been promoted by the Trust, it has been established in the year1998, recognized by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi & affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and has a intake of 100 students per academic session. The institution incorporates State-of-the-art Medical Technology, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Dental Care Equipment's and employs the best professionals and academicians to create conducive environment for education and providing comprehensive Oro-Dental services to the needy & deserving free of cost alongwith general public at large.

The main objective of the College & Dental Hospital is to turn out committed and dedicated Dental Graduates and other Para-dental personnel who will work towards providing ORAL HEALTH CARE to the people in the region. The Trust and the Dental College & Hospital have succeeded in listing about 4 lakh people's involvement in the development and utilization of primary health care services. Health clinics and Dental camps every year have been successfully experimented in different health programs, especially for free Dental check-up and distribution of free medicines. Its role in controlling the Oral diseases, school age-group health problems and infectious diseases in children has been hailed by the Government.
